RDA – CENTER contributes to reduce socio-economic imbalances in the region. ADR- Center alters its bylaws
On Thursday, February 24, 2011, the ADR-Center staff members held a workshop on “Governance Structure and Organizational Transparency” for the center.
The activity was moderated by Victor Koroli, of Alliance CCAI, and developed within the “Agenda for Change” project, funded by the AED.
Staff members discussed changes in the statutes of the agency. They also defined the roles and responsibilities of the board as well as its goals, objectives, scope of activities, and activities.
The workshop resulted in drafted amendments to the center’s statute to ensure transparency within and outside of the organization.
