ADR Center offers consultancy and advisory services on business plan development and obtaining credit

NGO Rural Development Agency - Centre is accredited by IFAD Project´s Consolidated Implementation Unit (UNICE-IFAD) in providing consultancy services in Business Plans development and obtaining credits on favorable conditions to achieve the Rural Financial Services and Marketing Programme (IFAD IV) aimed at eradicating poverty in the rural villages through revitalization of economy as creating employment opportunities and generating income for rural population.

Potential beneficiaries of the Project: rural enterprises framed in economic activities of horticulture development (of any form of organization).

Eligible activities for funding are: planting vineyards and orchards, producing fruit-growing seedlings and seedlings / vineyard, growing of vegetables in greenhouses, development / restoration of irrigation systems, processing and packaging of horticultural products, collection, storage and cold storage of horticultural products, agricultural equipment for horticulture development, etc.

Terms of credit:
-    Credit terms (grace period):
•    Production activities: ≤ 5 years (≤ 2 years)
•    Processing activities: ≤ 7 years (≤ 3 years)
•    Perennial plantings: ≤ 8 years (≤ 4 years)
-    Interest rates: loans are granted through commercial banks participating in

Project implementation, with an interest rate of 6.75% (MDL) and 4.75% (USD), valid until 15 July.

-    Loan amount: 
•    Production activities of horticultural products: ≤ 50 000 USD
•    Horticultural products processing activities (including refrigerators): ≤ 150 000 USD
