ADR-Center staff and trainers attend strategic planning seminar
On January 25, 26, and 27, the ADR-Center team participated in a training session in the village of Trebujeni. The training session focused on strategic planning and organizational development as a part of the project “Agenda for Change.”
Fifteen people attended the sessions, including ADR-Center staff members and a variety of associated seminar trainers. The trainers in attendance were Cornelia Cimbir and Valerian Tabirta as consultants for organizational development, Victor Koroli and Serghei Neicovcen, experts on strategic planning, and Grigori Taran, a professional in public, private, and associative partnerships.
Angela Vacaru, CMP coordinator of Academy for Educational Development training, also attended the seminar. Her attendance emphasized the importance of intensive and individual organization development among the participants.
Anatol Bucatca opened the event by expressing his opinion of the seminar organization and initiating the strategic planning process.
Over the course of three days, the participants discussed the role of the organizations, activities, and opportunities for improvement.
The participants also revised the mission, vision and values of the organization. They agreed upon strategic priorities, plans, and objectives. Participants also planned activities for each priority, reviewed internal capabilities and resources, and formulated a strategy model of ADR-Center activity.
