RDA Center's mision

RDA – CENTER contributes to reduce socio-economic imbalances in the region. In accordance with national and regional development policies, RDA develops and promotes strategies, attracts resources, identifies and implements financing programs, offers service in order to stimulate sustainable economic growth, partnership and entrepreneurship.

Coaching session on Monitoring and Evaluation

On Wednesday, February 23, 2011, ADR-Center staff members participated in a coaching session on organizational Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E). The session was funded by the AED in the context of the program “Moldova’s Civil Society Strengthening” within the“Agenda for Change” project.

The goals of the session included understanding the importance of monitoring and evaluation, evaluating the organization’s M&E system, and creating connections between strategic plans, action plans, and the M&E process of the organization.

Staff members from the ADR-Center attended the training with the facilitation of M&E trainer Tatiana Tarelunga from CICO.

At the end of the session, staff members had developed the organization's action plan for the upcoming year with numerable indictators included.
