RDA – CENTER contributes to reduce socio-economic imbalances in the region. Consulting in developing Job Descriptions
On Tuesday March 29, ADR-Center’s team participated in a seminar on developing job descriptions, an activity carried out under the Training and Development Plan launched under the AED project.
Elena Levinta-Perciun, trainer in human resources, leadership and organizational psychology, CICO, moderated the seminar. The attendants discussed their existing job descriptions and proposed solutions to improve them.
Clear job descriptions allow each employee to know exactly what is expected of them and the organization; establishing the criteria for assessing the professional performance of employees’ standardization of correct work; and avoiding duplication of responsibilities and role ambiguities.
