Educational - Methodical Seminar with School Managers

Tuesday, April 21, 2010, in the “S.S. Cibotaru" Lyceum of Cobalea village, Soldanesti district, was held an educational - methodical seminar with school managers from the district’s undergraduate institutions. The seminar was attended by: Gh. Dandara, head of Education, Youth and Sports General Direction of Soldanesti district; G. Savca, vice director of Soldanesti EYSGD, N. Ciubaci, finance director of RDA – CENTER, T. Golub, programs coordinator of RDA – CENTER, V. Turcan, economic expert of RDA – CENTER, and over 30 of  school managers  from the district.

 
The aim of the seminar is to develop competencies and skills necessary for an efficient management. Thus, the event consists of two workshops have been discussed the necessity of using the information and communication techniques in developing a database within an educational institution, basic concepts of project management and acquired skills in developing a grant application form and project management. 
 
Also it was presented the business card of “S.S. Cibotaru" Lyceum from Cobalea village; the museum; tailoring and woodworking ateliers, which were equipped with modern equipment by participating in the Small Grants Program in Vocational Education and Rural Development Project.
 
RDA-Center team familiarized the participants with general concepts, components and methods of a good project management, so that this information will be useful for participants and will help them to manage a project successfully.
