Final report for the PGM III beneficiaries

In January 2010, Representative of NGO "Hilfswerk Austria in Moldova” with the financial support of Austrian Development Cooperation (ADC) has launched the third round of Small Grants Program (SGP III) within the project" Rural Development and Vocational Education".

At the SGP III were funded 25 small projects from a total of 85 submitted projects, which followed the initiation and / or development of non-agricultural rural areas through micro-enterprises.

Under the terms of the grant contract the beneficiaries must submit to the end of the project – The Final Narrative Report.

The Final Narrative Report contains not only conclusions, but evidences that show brief, but true, the project’s main goal, stages and activities, impact and implementation results, it will show the current status of quantitative and qualitative evidence of the project

The report must be submitted both printed and sealed in original as well as in electronic version. And if the project have any promotional materials (articles in the media, pictures, video, business cards, leaflets, etc.) they shall be attached to the report, too.

The report must comply with the several rules of procedure:

- The report is edited on white A4 sheets with Arial 12 font, each page must be numbered;

- The report is made up with clear phrases and sentences, using an accessible vocabulary;

- An essential rule in writing the report is document’s accuracy;

- There are not admitted mistakes or erasures.

The report must be submitted by December 27, 2010.
