RDA – CENTER contributes to reduce socio-economic imbalances in the region. In accordance with national and regional development policies, RDA develops and promotes strategies, attracts resources, identifies and implements financing programs, offers service in order to stimulate sustainable economic growth, partnership and entrepreneurship.

Leadership through Partnership
On Thursday, March 24, ADR - Centre ran a seminar on leadership in Şoldăneşti. The seminar focused on development through partnership between the region’s public, private and NGO assets.
Twenty-two participants attended the event, including local representatives from the local public administration, educational institutions and economic agents. AED representative Roxana Teodorcic, responsible for communication, monitoring and evaluation and Stella Cotorcea, Agenda for Change Program Manager also attended.
The seminar presented topics such as the importance of leadership for successful public, private and NGO partnerships; leadership analysis in the context of specific forms of regional development partnerships; and strategic leadership in regional development.
