Public Information of the Public Tender

The “Rural Development Agency – CENTER” NGO (ADR-Center), within the project “Partnership for Development,” announces an informational meeting on the public tender to select the company that will manufacture and mount 113 PVC insulated windows and 25 aluminum doors in the gymnasium in the village of Zahoreni, Orhei district.

At the informational meeting, participants will be distributed the specifications and the date of the public tender.

The meeting is at 12 P.M. April 1 inside the gymnasium of Zahoreni, Orhei.

Tender participants must present the following documents at the session: commercial offer; the certificate of registration; license and license appendix to the types of activities. Anyone who fails to submit these documents will be disqualified from the selection process.

Payments for signed contracts will be made in national currency (MDL) and the prices of the offers must include value added tax (VAT).

All companies involved will sign a contract after winning final approval from the Eastern European Foundation.
