Session II, NGO Management Course - Strategic Planning (SP)
At September 16 - 17, 2010, RDA-Center experts attended the 2nd session of the NGO Management Course - Strategic Planning (SP), organized by Consortium of Partner Organizations and funded by the AED, in the context of Strengthening of Civil Society in Moldova Program within the "Agenda for Change" project.
The aim of the seminar is to familiarize the participants with issues related to strategic planning and elaboration of strategic documents skills development.
The event was attended by NGO leaders, managers / coordinators of projects / programs within the NGO, persons employed within the organizations responsible for public relations, marketing etc. The training was moderated by Angela Vacaru, training coordinator AED and Tatiana Tarelunga, trainer CICO.
During the training session, all participants were aware of concepts, tools and key steps of strategic planning development process within the organization they operate, in order to be able to develop an efficient and effective, long term strategic plan.
