THE REGIONAL FORUM

Wednesday, November 10, 2010, was organized the Regional Forum "Regional Partnership for Sustainable Development", organized by the NGO "Rural Development Agency-CENTER" (ADR-CENTER), in partnership with the Ministry of Construction and Regional Development of the Republic of Moldova, Regional Development Agency- Centre, Ialoveni, and funded by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID).

The event was held in Chisinau, in the Conference Hall of the "Turist" Hotel and brought together members of national and local civil society organizations, representatives of public authorities, private sector, donors, and experts.  As guests of honor were invited: Eugene Sienkiewicz, General Development Officer, USAID, Morana Smodlanka Krajnovic, MCSS Program Director, AED, Ina Pîslaru, Democracy and Government Specialist, USAID, Anatol Beleac, MCSS Deputy Program Director, AED.

At this event, ADR-CENTRU presented their WWW.STRATEG.MD portal and introduced their project "Strengthening the capacity of the public-private-associative partnership constituents and implementation of public policies in the Development Region – Center” funded by USAID through the Moldova Civil Society Strengthening Program (MCSSP) implemented by the Academy for Educational Development (AED).
