Training course on "Human Resource Management"

Between 16 to 17 July 2010, in the lobby of Hotel "Flowers", Chisinau, took place the first session of NGO Management Course (consisting of six modules) - Human Resources Management (HRM), organized by partner organizations Consortium and financed by the AED, in the context of the Strengthening of Civil Society in Moldova Programme.

There were invited NGO leaders, managers / projects and programs coordinators /employees of the organization responsible for human resources management. Also, among the participants were listed leaders of "RDA- Center" NGO as a beneficiary of Agenda for Change Grants Program, represented by Natalia Ciubaci, finance director, and Tudor Golub, programme coordinator.

The event was moderated by Angela Vacaru, training coordinator, AED and Elena Levinta-Perciun, trainer, CICO.  Using the most effective methods, technologies and best practices, participants got acquainted with the introductory elements of human resource management (concepts, approaches, tasks based management tools, etc.) hiring and employee motivation tools, performance evaluation system, team and volunteers      management.

The training course was a participatory one and tried to answer the most consistently challenging and interesting aspects of the management of people at work.
