Training for LYAC members

Wednesday and Thursday, October 13 and 14, 2010, inside the Orhei Town Hall, was carried out training on the topic: “Effective Communication and How to Perform a Presentation” with participation of young members of Local Youth Advisory Council, formed as a result of implementing the project financed by the Ministry of Youth and Sports.

There were analyzed: the modern requirements on presentation of information to the audience.

There were developed skills of: using of aspects specific for verbal paraverbal and nonverbal communication, effective communication for people with different communication styles; arguments and counter-arguments; identification and handling of manipulation techniques; of effective listening, giving and receiving feedbac, preparing the presentation, structuring the presentation, visual media usage, audience analysis, capturing the attention, adapting to the audience, overcoming the anxiety, presentation in front of a hostile audience.
