1. Presentation of identified problems (debate on the prioritized issues)
2. Presentation the solutions to address the prioritized problems (funding opportunities, donor community)
3. Working groups to develop projects with specific themes
4. Validation of Working Groups. Establish the Action Plan.
Anatol Bucatca, RDA Director and Country Manager Hilfswerk Austria Centre in Moldova, presented the lists of donors through which problems that were previously identified could be solved. Also, were proposed project concepts for each problem which will be discussed and developed in close collaboration with stakeholders.
The Expert, Dorian Furtuna, presented to participants advantages and disadvantages of different management styles, and modern techniques of participatory involvement of citizens in decision making process.
It was decided that Tuesday, February 16, 2010, will be held the first meeting of working groups formed according to the communities’ problems.
