Zahoreni chooses the Public Tender winner

On April 14, 2011 the “Rural Development Agency – CENTER” NGO (ADR-Center), in partnership with the Zahoreni mayoralty offered the public tender to select the company that will manufacture and mount 113 windows and 25 doors in the gymnasium of Zahoreni, Orhei as a part of the project “Partnership for Development”.

The Tender Committee has analyzed all the applications received from the seven economic agents present at the Informational Meeting according to the award selection criteria (price, period for completion, running costs, etc.) and to qualitative selection criteria (evidence of financial standing, technical capability, etc.). Eventually, the Committee voted unanimously for the “ESPASON-GRUP” LTD. 

The selected company offered the lowest price of execution, a reasonable period for completion, and presented all the documents according to the tender’s requirements.

The “ESPASON-GRUP” LTD will sign a contract after winning final approval from the Eastern European Foundation. All the payments will be made in national currency (MDL).

The “Partnership for Development” is implemented by ADR-Center Orhei with the financial support of Eastern European Foundation with funds provided by the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (SIDA), Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark / DANIDA.
